Shipping policy

At Zyvenra, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and at a fair cost across India. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Locations

We ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. Orders are delivered through reliable courier partners assigned based on your location and availability.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Prepaid orders are given priority for dispatch.
Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation through call or message before dispatch.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro cities usually receive orders within 2–4 working days.
Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities usually receive orders within 3–6 working days.
Remote or rural locations may take 5–8 working days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, strikes, or other unexpected situations.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping across India.
In rare cases, additional charges may apply for remote or special serviceable locations. If applicable, customers will be informed before dispatch.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email with your tracking number and tracking link.
If tracking details are not received within 48 hours of placing the order, please contact our support team for assistance.

6. Delays and Unserviceable Areas

Hearth & Hub is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, government restrictions, or situations beyond our control.
If your pin code becomes unserviceable after placing an order, we will contact you and process a full refund.

7. Missed or Undelivered Orders

If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable, the courier may attempt re-delivery.
If the package is returned due to incorrect address or unreachable contact details, re-shipping charges may apply.
Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate and active at the time of ordering.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for selected pin codes only.
COD orders may be cancelled if confirmation is not completed.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to future COD restrictions.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
